This is a small business, generally just Wendy and one part-time support person. Jennifer Chabott works Mondays and one other day a week all year, and someone will be staffing the reception desk week-days in tax season. When Wendy’s working alone she generally doesn’t take phone calls except by appointment. If you leave a voicemail at (413) 829-4832 it’ll get converted to text and sent to Wendy’s email and cellphone. We also get notification about people trying to schedule on the website’s tool. Wendy usually schedules three to six weeks out, and you might want to check her note about weeks she’ll be away. Retainer clients will have her direct cellphone number, but she generally prefer email most of the time anyway.
If you email office @ [Tea And Taxes] you’ll reach the email that Wendy has open all day at work. It’s as secure as we can make it, so it’s the best one to use when trying to reach her at my desk and/or sending documents that ought not be on mobile devices. Clerical help also reads this email, so it’s really the best place to put scheduling questions as well as documents that need to join up with your file.
